Tablets cannot easily be transformed into a gel liquid. We can offer tablets for foaming hand soap (liquid form), or powder for gel hand soap.

Yes — note the MOQ is 50 tons per Pantone color. Selecting from our standard color list avoids that high MOQ.

90% PVA, 5% glycerin, and 5% water.

Water-dispersion varnish (standard) or UV varnish for highlighting specific design elements. UV varnish adds cost depending on requirements.

We have naturally derived formulas: OSP21071 (150 ml Oatmeal Waterless Foam Shampoo) is 96.75% naturally derived; OSP21008 (500 ml Pets Tearless 2-in-1 Shampoo & Conditioner) is 96.2% naturally derived.

Membrane film: PE (polyethylene). Liquid container: PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Outer shell: PP (polypropylene).

Ethanol is non-toxic; isopropanol is mildly toxic (cannot be ingested). Isopropanol disinfects slightly better but is more expensive.

1) Ethanol is the main ingredient, so without fragrance you mostly smell alcohol. 2) Some manufacturers use isopropyl alcohol, which has a strong pungent odor. 3) FDA requires denaturants and bitters in hand sanitizer to prevent accidental ingestion, which can affect smell. Antiviral effectiveness is the priority.
